∠A =∠X = 50°
∠B = ∠Y = (2x+40)°
∠C = ∠Z = (4x+8)°

∵ ∠A + ∠B + ∠C = 180°
∴ 50 + (2x+40) + (4x+8) = 180
Solve for x
∴ 6x + 98 = 180
∴ 6x = 180 - 98 
∴ 6x = 82 
∴ x = 82/6 = 13.67

∴ The value of x = 13.67
The correct answer is option (2) 13.67
