now plug in all data in the equation

[tex]25.0 = 0.410 \omega[/tex]

[tex]\omega  = \frac{25}{0.410}[/tex]

[tex]\omega = 60.9 rad/s[/tex]

so rotating speed is 60.9 rad/s
