Reptiles are ectothermic yet they must still be able maintain a relatively high internal body temperature in order to function properly. Because reptiles do not have an internal thermoregulation mechanism, they must rely on external mechanisms. All BUT one would help a reptile increase body temperature. That is
A) movement.
B) hibernation.
C) basking in the sun.
D) eating and digestion.

Respuesta :

It should be C. Reptiles are cold blooded and rely on the sun rather homeostasis or self metabolism to heat up. Hope this helps!! :D
