Well your not showing any answers but if I am guessing correctly you would 1.HOLD ANY ANTIPSYCHOTIC MEDICATION AND NOTIFY PHYSICIAN
2. (Treat symptoms) Administer Dopamine agonist drugs (bromocriptine) and a muscle relaxants (dantrolene, benzodiazinepine)
3. Possible ECT
-frequently monitor v/s, lab tests (CKP), increased WBC), increased liver enzymes, myoglobinuria, treat increased temperature, monitor fluid hydration, SAFETY Hope this helps
