Victor buys Ed's car for $2000 when Victor is 17 years old. The two never put any part of the deal in writing. Victor drives the car for a year, and then decides that he wants to return it to Ed. "Hey, I was just a kid when I bought this," he complains. "You took advantage of my youthful foolishness. Now that I'm older I see that I never should have bought your car. Plus, we never put anything in writing like you're supposed to. I want a refund." Can Victor return the car and get his money back?
