This is an isotonic solution, because of approximate concentration of glucose on both sides.There is even diffusion of water molecules to and fro of the two solutions A  and B, at the same rate which leads to equilibrium in the glucose molecules on both sides.

The outcome after 20 minutes will depend on the concentrations of the solutions in A and B.

If the two solutions have the same concentration, there will not be any changes after 20 minutes as the solutions are isotonic to one another.

If A is more concentrated than B, water molecules will move from B to A. Thus, the level of solution A will have increased after 20 minutes. In other words, solution A is hypertonic why B is hypotonic.

If B is more concentrated than A, the reverse will occur as B will be hypertonic while A is hypotonic.
