Encouragement helps someone stand up straighter, and back themselves even if they're not feeling so confident. Encouragement builds a positive culture and lifts the human spirit. It also leads to greater motivation and success.

When we don't get enough oxygen we began to suffacate. So life without engcouragement is like life with out oxygen meaning. You must have engcouragement to be able to succceed in life.
