Simplify square root of 41

You wouldn't. 41 is a prime number. You can only simplify square roots when one of their factors is a perfect square.
For example, sqrt(48)=sqrt(16*3)=4*sqrt(3)
But sqrt(41) is as simple as it gets.

Since the square root of 41 is
6.40312423743 it would simplify or round to 6.4
