Please help fast!!!!! Give me as many benefits as you can of the "Toes Touch" stretch. Then give me the steps in doing the touch stretch.

it helps stretch the muscles in your lower back it helps stretch your arm muscles it warms your body up to do things so u wont get a cramp. You sit on the ground and put your legs in front on u and bend forward until u touch you toes but u cannot bend your knees.Hope this helps
