You need to used the formula that's called midpoint MIDPOINT FORMULA that is  x1+ x2 divide by 2  and to have the second point used X1+X2 divide by 2 . The two coordinate that you will used is the point of N and O. Also the answer can be as a fraction or as a decimal.
use the midpoint formula: ( x1+x2/2 , y1+y2/2 )

so in this case
( -1+(-1)/2 , 9+(-5)/2 )
= (-2/2 , 4/2)
= (-1,2)
