What are you are going to do for a warm up and a cool down when you exercise? Please type 3-4 sentences

For a warm up during track I usually stretch. I do lunges which help with preparing my legs to run. And for a cool down I stretch again, and do some yoga poses. Cool downs and warm up's are important to prevent injury, or dizziness.

Warm-up: I will be doing 50 jumping jacks and/or run for 2 minutes and 30 seconds

Cool Down: I will be doing a light jog for 3 minutes and/or some stretching
