Start by distributing the square root of 8 inside the bracket.
[tex] \sqrt{8}(\sqrt{24} + 3\sqrt{8}) = \sqrt{8}*\sqrt{24} + 3\sqrt{8}^2[/tex]
[tex]= \sqrt{192} + 24[/tex]
[tex]= \sqrt{64*3} + 24 = 8\sqrt{3} + 24[/tex]
[tex]= 8(\sqrt{3} + 3)[/tex]
