Given the expression
|x - 2| - 4|-6|
If x < ;2 then x - 2 < 2 and if x - 2 < 2 the |x - 2| = -(x - 2).
Substitute |x - 2| by -(x - 2) and |-6| by 6 .
|x - 2| - 4|-6| = -(x - 2) -4(6) = -x -22
