First two are not consistent with the 14 points, second two are.. 

Thats what I chose. 

The objectives that are consistent with Wilson's Fourteen Points are:

  • Allowing goods created in any country to be sold elsewhere.
  • Independence for former colonies.

The objectives that are not consistent with Wilson's Fourteen Points are:

  • Stockpiling weapons and equipment in Europe.
  • Two large groups of military powers to maintain a balance of power.
