The information that would be critical to provide to Chemtrec would be the name of the company on the tanker car. Many times, a company is only responsible for making one major product so finding the contents of the containiner could be as simple as that. If not, I would supply the tanker's location and the current time, so that Chemtrec could determine which tanker was scheduled to be travelling in that area at that time.
